Mark Hudson
Executive Director
As Executive Director, Mark oversees the day-to-day operations as well as strategic direction of the ACRC. Mark leads stakeholder relations including existing members, potential members, collection program end users, the collection contractor network, state and federal contacts, and allied associations. Mark is a non-voting member of the ACRC Executive Board and involved in all ACRC standing committees.
Leigh O’Neill
Recycling End Use Manager
As Recycling End Use Manager, Leigh approves new end-use products for ACRC program plastic, manages stakeholder communication, coordinates end-use assessments, tracks market trends, provides data insights, and ensures quality and regulatory compliance through collection site audits and process management.
Sandy Jones
Executive Administrative & Operations Assistant
As Executive Administrative & Operations Assistant, Sandy manages financial administration, schedules and coordinates event logistics including board meetings, tradeshows, and conferences, oversees External Affairs communication processes, serves as the ACRC point of contact, and handles various operational administrative duties.
The ACRC is a nonprofit trade association facilitating the collection and recycling of one-way rigid HDPE plastic agricultural containers. Our members include companies that formulate, produce, package, and distribute agricultural chemical products and related packaging. The Board of Directors consists of individuals elected from our Regular Member companies, with Committee Chairs elected from our Regular and Affiliate Member companies.
